Current PositionAs a training and development manager, my job is to equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively. My tasks include designing a strategic approach to training, assessing the skills and knowledge within my organization, and determining what training is needed to develop and retain these skills. In addition, I have to analyze whether the training will be carried out with my own trainers and content or hire an external trainer to carry it out. Other responsabilities include devise a training strategy for the organisation, build training programmes from scratch (from the initial idea through planning, implementation, review and outcomes analysis) and delegate work to other members of the learning and development team, monitor budgets and work closely with and senior leaders and stakeholders.

He is the coordinator of the worldwide research group on the Flipped Learning model.
