Are you ready to cook???

You will be a candidate in Masterchef. You will have to present and cook a recipe! You have to present your recipe without any notes. Careful not to learn everything by heart, or you will not sound good ! In addition to your recipe, you will have to explain where this recipe comes from (who invented it, how...). Plus, you will have to give an alternative to your recipe. (for instance, instead of having butter, you can use olive oil.) Explain how your recipe will be different.
