  • Thank GOD for Ms. Amy and our new library.
  • The library has become a friendly welcoming environment
  • The transformation has been amazing. It brought life back to Westport Middle and has exceeded all expectations. The knowledge of the librarians and willingness to do what people ask for is top notch. The space for students to work (w the large projector/tv) to the high top tables, to the couches/chairs, to the tables to do small group work is amazing.
  • the space is updated and comfortable and the staff is friendly and open. It has been a fantastic change!
  • You have transformed the library into a welcomed shared comfortable space.
  • The decor is awesome and makes all students feel welcome. The library is a physical safe place for kids.
  • The staff is always welcoming. Students never feel as if they are a burden when they visit the library which wasn't always the case in the past. both staff and students are ALWAYS welcome.

  • Ms. Amy and Ms. Becky are INVALUABLE to our Westport community. They welcome my students there DAILY for book return/checkout. And all students do, truly, feel welcomed there. They help my kids to feel more positively about reading, especially the more hesitant ones.
  • Keep on doing what you and Becky are doing. You make all welcome.
  • The library staff is so welcoming. I would stay all day with the students but we must share!!!
  • The students look forward going to the library since the transformation! They enjoy being able to use the entire library and enjoy perusing the shelves.
  • What I appreciate most is the inclusivity of all students and their backgrounds and cultures. Huge thanks to Ms. Amy and Ms. Becky!!!
  • you all are awesome and we are so blessed to have you. :)
