Tuesday's Schedule

Hey, Wildcats! We hope you've packed your virtual suitcase, and you're ready to go. Today, the third grade teachers and fifth grade teachers have chosen two fun places for us to visit: Mars in Outerspace and the Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. Review the information beside of the two yellow stars below before you start traveling.

The 5th grade would like to invite you to take a trip to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. On this trip, you will be able to visit several parks and attractions in Orlando. As you "walk around" the parks, be sure to pay attention to the theming of the different areas of the parks. How do the "imagineers" use theming to enhance your visit? We hope you enjoy your trip! Activity: Disney World has 4 main parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. They have asked you to be an "imagineer" and create a new park. What park would you create? What would it look like? What "landmark" would it be known for? Design a ride for the new park using play-doh, legos, etc. Make sure you share your design/picture/video with your teacher on Class Dojo, or have your parents upload your picture/video in the comment section of the Facebook post.
