Monday's Schedule

Hey, Wildcats! We hope you've packed your virtual suitcase, and you're ready to go. Today, the second grade teachers and fourth grade teachers have chosen two fun places for us to visit: Mount Vernon in Virginia and the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in Washington, DC. Read the information beside of the four yellow starts before you start traveling.

You can also visit the McGhee Tyson Airport.

The second-grade teachers at FMES are so excited to take you on a virtual field trip to the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History in Washington D.C. While on our virtual field trip you will get to see dinosaur fossils and explore what the earth was like before they became extinct. Things we want you to do: Explore the museum Play the escape game Complete the hands-on Dino Dig activity with Mrs. Jones. Let us know what you see at the museum and tell us what your favorite part about the field trip was! We would love to see a picture of the fossil you created while doing Mrs. Jones' Dino Dig!

The fourth grade teachers are excited to take you on a virtual field trip to Mount Vernon.
