THE SECOND CONDITIONAL
WHEN AND HOW TO USE IT
When do we use the SECOND Conditional?
EXAMPLES: -If I WERE the President of Spain, I would build more schools -If we won the lottery, we would buy a new house.
To talk about IMAGINARY or HYPOTETHICAL situations that are very difficult to come true.
MORE EXAMPLES
- If I had more free time, I would travel to USA.- If she had your phone call, she would call you. - If I went to the moon, I wouldn´t breathe easily. - I would play the piano very good if I practiced everyday. - I would run away if I saw an alien.
