Queen Elizabeth started her days simply, the mornings began with a bowl of Special K or a slice of toast with marmalade. When she was a young girl, Princess Elizabeth’s favorite food was jam pennies : tiny, crustless sandwiches made with white bread, strawberry jam, and butter.
