DIRECTIONS

Hi Kids!!! We are going to learn how to give directions. Vamos a trabajar cómo dar direcciones.

En primer lugar cómo preguntamos:

Excuse me! Can you tell me the way to the cinema, please? Perdone, ¿puede decirme cómo ir al cine?

Nos estudiamos la pregunta

Para practicar la pregunta,en lugar de "cinema" podemos usar cualquier lugar público. Recordamos algunos:

* café *school *museum *bus station *library *park *supermarket *town hall *hospital *train station

Example: Excuse, can you tell me the way to the park?

En segundo lugar, cómo respondemos.Example:

Yes, of course. Go straight on and turn left. It's opposite the supermarket.

Si, por supuesto. Sigue recto y gira a la izquierda. Está en frente del supermercado.

Para poder dar estas indicaciones, nos estudiamos las siguientes palabras o expresiones.

GO STRAIGHT ON: SIGUE RECTO TURN LEFT: GIRA A LA IZQUIERDA TURN RIGHT: GIRA A LA DERECHA OPPOSITE: EN FRENTE NEAR: CERCA NEXT TO: JUNTO A TURN LEFT AT THE.....: GIRA A LA IZQUIERDA EN... TURN RIGHT AT THE...: GIRA A LA DERECHA EN....
