FUTURE SIMPLE We need a new auxiliar " WILL " in future simple

We use future simple tense :

1. For decisions made at the moment
2. to make predictions
3. to make promises
4. to make offers

Future Simple Tense

Interrogative Will + subject + verb ?

Affirmative Subject + will + verb

Contractions Will not = Won´t

Negative Subject + will not + verb

Future Simple Tense -Examples

I will wear my blue t-shirt

I promise I will go to the cinema

It is a promise

It is a decision at the moment

In the future I will be married

You don´t feel well. I will drive you at home

It is a prediction

It is an offer

IMMEDIATE FUTURE

We use this tense to talk about PLANS in the future Verb to be + going + to + another verb (voy a,iba a,iré a...)

IMMEDIATE FUTURE

Are you going to visit your family? Interrogative

I am going to visit my family at the weekend (Affirmative -yo voy...)

I am not going to visit my family at the weekend (Negative-yo no voy...)

I was not going to study Maths (no iba a...)

Were you going to study Maths?

I was going. to study Maths(iba a..)
