WHY I WANT TO BE A TEACHER?

Being a teacher is my passion and my ambition since i'm 7 years old. Being a teacher is a job that fits in my soul. I want to contribute to my community in a meaningful way. Everybody knows that being a teacher not an easier job but i believes that i can teach my students become a good students soon inshaaAllah.

Teaching Philosophy

I want to create an active learning and learn in conducive ways. I will create the best sorrounding among students.

I also need to prepared myself as well as before i entered the classroom. I must have a positive attitude and always smile what matter happen.

I know that most of students nowadays have a difference cognitive styles. So, me as a teacher need to understand their learning styles whether it is linguistic, visual, auditory or kinesthetic. I will encourage my students to learn a new things, technologies and ask my students to do something that need a creativity and always inspired them to be a successful person.

I must give a student rewards or can use a positive reinforcement to encourage them for a good behaviour or good in academic performances.

I want all of my students contributes as a teacher and student. I will encouraged them to teach each other, do activities in group and learns in cooperative learning, problem based learning or project based learning.

I will make sure that my treatment for my students will be fair regardless of their race, religion or socioeconomic status.

I must provides opportunities for my students to make some decision or choice about their learning.
