  3. Jump on your right foot three times.
  4. Write your name in the air four times.
  5. Snap your fingers five times.
  6. Go to the kitchen and take a spoon.
  7. Tell a member of your family "I love you".
  8. Draw a heart in the middle of a piece of paper and write #EverythingWillBeOk at he bottom.
  9. At the top of the paper write the name of your best friend.
  10. Show the paper to the screen and send a kiss to everyone in MEET.
