1. Is the myOLSD username and password being used to log into the Chromebook?
- Some issues might occur because students are logginng into the Chromebook using a personal Gmail account, lhen logging into myOLSD.
2. Are students accessing applications through the portal or are they going directly to a website? (ex: Brainpop.com)

Tips to help remedy laptop login issues
1. We recommend creating separate accounts if you have more than 1 child enrolled in Olentangy2. Chrome Browser is recommended

1. Are students logging into myOLSD portal through the tablet web broswer?
Your OLSD login will not work if you try to go directly through an app
Example: STMath1. Download the STMath application from app store 2. Log in to myOLSD through the tablet web broswer 3. Click the STMath tile in the portal 4. It will redirect to the app on the device instead of the broswer
