Cut the bread into slices while we let the milk boil together with the cinnamon stick and the lemon peel.
When the milk boils, we soak the bread in this milk.

After that we fry the wet bread in a pan.
Then we soak the bread in the eggs that have already been beaten.

- 1/2 kilo of rice

Put the peel of the lemons, the cinnamon and the rice in a big pot with hot water.

Wait until the water boils.

Pour the milk with the sugar and wait until it has boiled for 2 minutes.

Pour the rice into a big dish and wait for 1 hour before you put it into the fridge.

Add yeast and flour and stir until you get the dough. Thenknead it.

Fry the garlic in a frying pan with a spoonful of olive oil. When they start to get Brown colour, add the shrimps.
Chop the garlic.

Leave them in the frying pan until they are fried and you have reduced the liquid that the shrimps release.
Toast the bread and spread it with mayonnaise. Set the shrimps on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Beet Gazpacho

- 500g of cooked beet
- 1 tomato
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 piece of bread (50g)
- Olive oil
- Vinegar
- Salt and black pepper

We peel and cut up the tomato and we spread it on the bread so that it is tasty.

We peel and cut all the ingredients. We put them into the mixer with oil and vinegar.We mix it while adding oil.

Finally, we put the gazpacho into the fridge until it is time to serve.In addition, it can be served with cheese, bites of ham, hardboiled egg on top of it… as you wish!

Fry the sesamo seed with the lemon peel.Put the oil together with the flour, sugar and stir with a spoon.
Add the milk little by little until it thickens and it will be ready to be poured into a few bowls.
Put the cinammon over the porridge and wait for it to cool to be able to eat.
