In this Module, we will identify what can make communication difficult/impossible, and we will learn how to manage stereotypes and avoid behaviors.

Unity and Diversity

In this Module, we will try to see and analyse what can unite us and what can separate us.

Models for ICC

How can different cultural sets of values affect the workplace? This module focuses on Hofstede's dimensions and Meyer's Culture map to help you identify different cultural patterns and how to better work together..

Culture and Company Culture

TOPOI MODEL: a practical tool to deculturalise conflicts caused by the diversity of cultural groups.

In this module, we will discuss the concept of culture and figure our what InterCultural Competence is about.

Culture and ethics

Universalism or relativism? Is it ok to criticise other cultures? Should we preserve traditions at all costs?
