Downdloading your creation in JPG or PDF is not recommended if we are talking about gamifications with a lot of interactivity although it could be useful for puzzles and mazes. You can also download in HTML5 to maintain the interactivity and animation. However, remember that content embedded from the web (video, audio, etc.) will not work without a connection to the internet.
