Privacy legislation referred to the European Regulation 679/2016, known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as the D.L. 196/2003 updated by Legislative Decree 101/2018
RESPONSIBILITIES OF RELATIVES AND PUPILS
Relatives can use the photos and videos of their children taken during school initiatives only and exclusively for personal and private purposes and in any case as simple souvenir photos.Therefore, whistle-blowing and any form of external information leaks outside is forbidden also through the use of social networks and similar media (Eg: Whatsapp, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram)

Les parents peuvent utiliser les photos prises à leur fils/fille à l’occasion et pendant les initiatives en milieu scolaire uniquement et exclusivement à des fins personnelles et privées, et au fait, comme de simples photos souvenirs.Il est, dès lors, défendu de divulguer ces photos à l’extérieur même à travers les réseaux sociaux et d’autres médias (par exemple, WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram…).
