In 2009 he ventured into the Internet by opening the JULIOPROFE channel on YouTube, where he began to publish explanations recorded on video in order to provide extra support to his face-to-face students. (Julio Alberto Ríos Gallego was born in Cali (Colombia) on March 22, 1973 and has always lived there.where he graduated in 1990 as the best student of his generation. In 1996 he obtained a degree in civil engineering from the Universidad del Valle, and in 1999 he became a specialist in university teaching at the Universidad Antonio Nariño. Since he was 17 years old he has been teaching mathematics and physics to high school and university students, first in the form of private lessons and then linked to educational institutions in his hometown.
