› The architect wants to maintain the type of construction and materials of the landscape

the materials used are adobe bricks and Dahoma wood blocks

the house is 230 square meters large, it has got one floor and is L-shaped

the house has a balcony that surrounds it, inspired by both the English colonial bungalows and the courtyard floors of the rural houses of Ghana.

there are no corridors so the rooms extend from one wall to another

The design follows the "no air-conditioning" philosophy by raising the structure three feet above the ground on a wooden deck to take advantage of the cooling sub-floor breezes
