MATERIALES:

  • hcl DILUIDO Y BICARBONATO.
  • mUESTRA DE GLÚCIDOS:GLUCOSA,MALTOSA,LACTOSA,SACAROSA,ALMIDÓN.
  • GRANILLAS CON TUBOS DE ENSAYO .
  • vASO DE PRECIPITADO.
  • bAÑO mARIA.mECHERO.
  • lUGOL.
  • fEHLING A Y FEHLING B.

PASOS:

  1. En un tubo de ensayo con agua añadir una cucharadilla de sacarosa y agitar.Se le añade ácido clorhídrico y se pone a calentar .
  2. Hacemos lo mismo pero añadimos Fehling A y Fehling B .
  1. Luego A la primera muestra añadimos Fehling A y Fehling B.Observamos QUE CAMBIA DE COLOR.
