RECONOCIMIENTO DE LÍPIDOS:

PASO 1:

Colocar en dos tubos de ensayo 2cc de aceite.

PASO 2:

Añadimos a uno de los tubos 4-5 gotas de solución alcohólica de Sudán 3 y al otro tubo añadimos 4-5 gotas de tinta roja.Agitarlos y dejar reposar.

PASO 3:

Observamos en el tubo que tiene Sudán el aceite teñido ,y el que tiene tinta roja , la tinta se ha ido al fondo .
