- 4 big challenges composed by mini-challenges
- New organization, new spaces, new evaluation
- Goals: reasons for a change
- Not easy: long-term perspective
- Goals -
Analysis of the situation:
- High % of abandonment, assistance
- Weak inclussion of trasnversal competences, team work.
- Students: lack of involvement and motivation
- Evaluation not adjusted to working market needs
Objectives:
- Increase assistance to classes, reduce abandonment
- Improve satisfaction and motivation of students... and teachers.
- Get a deeper and permanent knowledge on our students
- Adapt evaluation process to the real working market needs.
