WHAT ARE THE THREE R?

Reduce, reuse and recycle are the three essential components of environmentally-responsible consumer behavior.

REDUCE:

Reduce or simplify the consumption of direct products, that is, everything that is bought and consumed EXAMPLE: Adapt the appliances according to your needs (for example, place washers and dishwashers full and not half load).

REUSE:

Is that you should reuse items as much as possible before replacing them. EXAMPLE: Use the clean face of printed sheets, used paper can be transformed into pulp and create new sheets for writing, painting or decorating

RECYCLE:

Recycling is processing used materials into new, useful products. This is done to reduce the use of raw materials that would have been used. EXAMPLE: Use each trash container well

CURIOSITIES OF THE THREE R:

-The decomposition of the great glass is up to 5.000 years. One has found glass in Egyptian tombs!

-For every ton of recycled paper the slaughter avoids from 15 to 20 tree of medium size.

SOME TIPS TO REDUCE, REUSE AND RECYCLE

-DON´T TAKE A BATH, TAKE A SHOWER.-WHEN YOU GO TO THE BEACH DON´T LEAVE YOUR RUBBISH. -BUY RECYCLED THINGS OR THINGS THAT COME FROM FACTORIES THAT RESPEC THE ENVIRONMENT. -TURN OFF THE LIGHT IF YOU DON´T NEED IT
