TASK 1
- The audience

It is a task in which the candidate has 20 minutes to do it in order to write in a personal, semi-formal or formal style at least 150 words a letter that answers the features set previously .
IELTS GENERAL
The task 2 is more formal than the task 1
TASK 2
- The candidate has to write a formal argumentative discursive text in which it's mandatory to support their ideas with examples from their own knowledge or experience. This writing has at least 250 words

1."Write a letter to the person in charge of the seminar and ask
for detailed information regarding the dates, program, accommodation and
cost."
2."Write a letter to the manager of the restaurant. In the letter, you have to explain why you were at the restaurant, describe the problems and write about the action you want the manager to take. In addition to this, take into account the following situation: you took your family to a nearby restaurant. You were disappointed with the meal and wish to complain to the manager."
