The team consists of my brother and I who was onboarded as the company grew, Daniel studied cooking in Ireland and has always had a passion for cooking and experimenting with new recipies while Robert handles the administrative part, Partners Grouplunch handle Logistics as of present.
Together with grouplunch we were able to reach a client basis of 15,000 people and 15 delivery vans, Along with Daniel's love for experimentation and marketing experience helped the company progress at an extremly fast rate.

- We differ due to our products allergen friendly concept and customer relationship babsis that is not offered here in Luxembourg, especially at an affordable price which allows users to maintain a healthy diet.
- Solving peoples allergy issues that are not often considered, giving the ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- In as little as 6 months we have reached a basis of 500-1000 meals per month and 15,000 clients which is growing, we would like to offer more variation, products and eventually create an allergen friendly restaurant / health center where customers can come and have their needs met.

Customers use www.superfoods.lu or www.grouplunch.lu to order food which is then delivered to their office for Lunch time every day. Healthy options based around Luxembourg tend to be offered at an extrememly high cost which could lead to a more demotivated diet and an empty wallet. This is turn is an ever growing frustration in the "office" sectors, Being more health conscious and having any sort of allergy comes at a price and a need which is heavily saught after and the needs are never taken in to consideration, Superfoods is that solution.

Our product aims at finally giving users a worry free allergen friendly food option for offices, this service does not exist in Luxembourg since Superfoods was established. Now is being on boarded by a few restaurants but has no direct competition. Each Ingredient is explained to the customer giving them insight as to why they are eating the food provided and what these foods actually provide them. Each meat is steamed with various seeds on them (Chia,flax seeds), each rice, quinoa and lentiles are cooked in an iron fish providing 70 percent of a persons daily Iron intake, Which boosts the dishes already high nutritional value. As of date there are no other restaurants that offer all of these ingredients together.
Market Opportunity
- The product is Aimed at gym fanatics, Health conscious individuals, office workers and generally parents who take care of a family and do not have the time to take care of themselves. This market has an infinate target market as it also solves medical problems aside from general health problems.
- By applying this low cost process while considering individuals allergies the demand for Superfoods has risen at an extrememly fast pace, in the first months the customers demand for the food has risen from 20 meals per day up to 100 all while being heavily underfunded and under marketed due to this, with proper marketing and resources the company will grow double or even triple these numbers, we have already expanded in to catering events and soon in to product sales giving users an online lactose and gluten free shopping platform, which also does not exist in Luxembourg.
How does it work?
Users go on www.superfoods.lu or www.grouplunch.lu to order food for their lunch time. We recieve these orders up until 10:20 AM everyday, which is delivered to group lunch warehouse where it is distributed through each city or town based around Luxembourg. Once the food has arrived the users gets an automatic confirmation saying their food has arrived by 11:30 everyday and their account has been debited the required amount offering a user friendly service all at the click of a button.
Competitors
As to date there are no direct competitors to the lactose and gluten free sector, now Lenelife offer gluten free products but not as fitness food simply health, Happ is a Vegan health restaurant btu is no direct competition, fit me foods (now closed), click and taste all have their own product but none which offer the superfoods that we do, the seeds additional to the dishes and the price of our dishes make them completely unique and very hard to compete against as our overheads are seemingly low in comparison, in addition, being first to the market has proved a strong advantage.
Milestones accomplished
We now sell 500 - 1000 meals a month without any marketing, altrhough we have no staff aside from my brother and I, soon the demand will grow as we market more and then we will hire more people in the first three months of business with group lunch.
- Once we get full exposure these numbers will double or even tripple in the first second and third year showing a huge steady increase of over Double from 20 meals to 500 meals a month which is a 2400 percent increase in 3-6 months alone, with more exposure and funding we Aim to keep this increase throughout the months and projected years.
Once the products have been created and added to these projections the percentage will increase also, which adds a huge variety to the product which we aim to make a brand not simply a restaurant.

With proper funding we could buy in bulk all of our products and save money on Bags with our logo on them, bowls and trays, marketing such as google add words, facebook and general social media boost; packaging for our products, advertising in news papers, more professional food photos, build a user friendly platform to access the online shopping section

My Main aim at becoming a mentee is to gain more experience in the restaurant and catering sector as I have a large lack of experience in how to maintain and run a business
I would love someone to guide me through and show me everything that i lack in personal development and also in business development so that I can continue my project to the steps that it needs to be taken towards. It has grown larger and faster than anticipated so I would love to be taught how to properly handle and progress.
