The Seven Sacraments

Baptism The Catholic Church sees baptsim as the first and basic sacrament of Christian initiation. In the Western or Latin Church, baptism is usually conferred today by pouring water three times on the persons head.

Reconciliation The sarcarment of Penance is the first of two sarcraments of healing. The Catechism of the Catholic Church mentions in the following order and conversion, Penance, Confession, forgiveness and Reconciliation. It is when God forgives all the sins you have made so far in your life.

EucharistThe Eucharist, also called the blessed sacrament, is the sacarment it is the third sacrament out of all seven of them. The first part of Eucharist is when you receive the body and blood of jesus that he gave up for us.

Holy OrdersHoly Orders is when a man is made a bishop, a priest or a deacon, The three are referred to as the episcopate, the presbyterate and the diaconate.

Confirmation Confirmation is one of the seven sacraments of the Catholic Church. It is the second of three initiation rites for Catholics, the other two being Baptism and First Holy Communion.

Anointing of the Sick Anointing of the sick is the second sacarment of healing with in the seven sacarments. In this sacarment the priest anoints the sick people with the oil blessed for that reason.

Marriage Marriage is when you commit to spend the rest of your life with them. You love them so much that is why you get married to the person you love.
