CJNT CORPORATION is a private Filipino owned Company located at PTC – SEZ, Carmona, Cavite. The company was incorporated on July 7, 2010, and started operation on November, the same year.

Our Facilities
Tubes Re-Dipping process flow

1. Pick-up Tubes from Customer site.
3. Sort tubes based on the rejection criteria.

6. Visual Inspection
Cleaning station
Verify D.I water using the TDS meter (specs: 0-25ppm) start of cleaning. If the D.I water is Ok, swing the basket at least 20 seconds. Drip dry tubes normally 15-30 minutes then transfer to the next process.
Dipping station
Dip a peace of tube to the solution to obtain sample of ESD 2. Record all data of the D.I water and Anti-Static result to the monitoring form Check the ESD properties must be done prior dipping process If the solution prepared ok start dipping Set the timer for 3 minutes 3. dip dry normally 10- 15 minutes.
Drying and oven station
The oven must be free from any dust After dipping let the tubes dip dry 10-15 min. but not limited For complete drying transfer the tubes to the oven and set timer control system to 2 hours before switching on the control box of oven 5minutes heat up and 1.5 hours to 3hours curing time to meet the temperature of 35-40°C. Switch on the exhaust fan for 30 minutes prior to the next process.

Cleaning Process for IC Tray
D.I READING IS OK. START CLEANING. 1. Brush the tray with smooth plastic brush front and back to remove any dust 2.Align the trays on a slanting diagonal position for quick drying.
FILL THE DIPPING TANK OF D.I WATER (make sure it is free from any dust and dirt)
VERIFY THE PURITIES OF D.I WATER USING THE TDS METER SPECS: 0-300ppm
DRIP DRY THE IC TRAY normally 15-30 mins.
FINAL INSPECTION
Process Inspection per type/part number one at a time. Record all the data needed to the lot traveler. Inspect per rejection criteria: Cracked/chipped White spot/stain Deformed or warp Foreign debris Missing Ribs Wetness
