Thales, was a philosopher, mathematician, geometer, physicist and Greek legislator.

BIOGRAPHY

He lived and died in Miletus, Turkey Greek polis . He was the initiator of the School of Miletus to which belonged also Anaximandro ( his disciple ) and Anaxímenes ( disciple of the previous one) .

In ancient times, he was considered, one of the seven sages of Greece. It isn't conserved any text about his dead. He made important contributions in the field of philosophy, mathematics , astronomy , etc, like the famous thales teorem.
